Fanart of Seras Victoria from Hellsing. 
I began this illustration to practice glazing techniques, but it proved too challenging, so I ended up completing it in black and white. The initial rough sketch was done exactly two years ago. I got stuck halfway through and set it aside, but I've finally finished it now. 
I've been working on wrapping up a drawing I've neglected for some time, though I'm unsure if revisiting and completing old works is the best way to progress. I'm trying to decide what to draw next. 
(I want to finish the drawings that have been sitting on my hard drive as soon as possible to clear them out.) 
Regardless, it was enjoyable to redraw my favorite character, Seras Victoria, after a few years.
